Virtual yoga classes offer an opportunity for you and your guests to enjoy a healthy, shared experience which nourishes the body and mind. With a variety of modules to choose from, online yoga classes can be tailored to suit all abilities and levels of fitness. Virtual yoga sessions make for a great standalone event. Alternatively, corporate clients may add a session to their virtual conferences and seminars to keep energy levels high. Private individuals may book online yoga classes as a means of reconnecting with their friends and staying in shape. Here are a few options:

Calming Yoga Flow

Sometimes a little calmness is all we need to rebalance our hectic lives.  This is a gentle slow flow class focused on alignment while still linking the breath to the movement with stretches and poses to heat and strengthen your body while calming and restoring.  The class will include brief centering and a deep relaxation to seal in all the benefits.  Participants will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Gentle Vinyasa flow

A slow Vinyasa flow yoga practice which focuses on the breath and building a little stability and strength. Vinyasa flow links unhurried breath with movement, mindfully holding postures, awakening your body and clearing your mind. Explore the details of each posture at a comfortable pace to allow your body to deepen into a stretch or pause in a strength building pose. Expect delicious hip, back and leg openers using longer holds to gain strength and increase mobility. Get into the rhythm of this truly invigorating class and find perfect balance in a deep moving meditation.

Blissful Yin Yoga

This restorative practice will allow you to flow rhythmically in body, mind and soul, providing you with deep nourishment.
Often referred to as “a quiet or inward practice,” we practice Yin lying or sitting down using cushions, bolsters and blankets. These postures are held for longer periods to target the connective tissue of the body. Yin Yoga increases flexibility, nourishes the joints, and quiets the mind.
A soothing and healing practice that will heighten your senses, provide you with space to re-connect with yourself in a deep embrace of curiosity and compassion, and leave you feeling profoundly revitalized.
