With the 2022 holiday season forecast to be a big one, it pays to act fast! Flavour Events and Flavour Venue Search are ready to help you find the perfect festive virtual events , in-person activities and Christmas party venues for 2022. As we look forward to an exciting end of year, we’re pleased to offer our clients a special reward for booking their activities, festive party venues and virtual Christmas events through us.
Confirm a Christmas party venue, activity or virtual event booking with Flavour before the 31st of October and we’ll reward you with a special Christmas treat! Choose from a range of gift vouchers worth up to £200, subject to event booking value. Also, every UK based person who confirms a venue or virtual event booking for Christmas 2022 with Flavour Events and Venues will be entered into a draw to win a 2 night stay in Malaga, Spain for spring 2023! Enjoy a break to this sunny, historic city by the sea. This prize includes 2 return flights from a choice of UK airports, plus 2 nights of accommodation in a gorgeous city centre apartment. To be redeemed between 01st March until 31st May 2023 (subject to date availability).
How to claim your reward
Simply mention FLAVOUR2022 when confirming your festive booking with us to secure your gift and enter the holiday competition draw. Events confirmed by 01st October 2022 are eligible. Rewards are available for venue bookings with minimum spends exceeding £3,000. Malaga draw entries are available for all UK 2022 festive bookings confirmed via flavourvenuesearch.com or flavourev.com. Virtual event reward availability starts at a £500 spend for some virtual event bookings, including Virtual Music Bingo, Gameshow Bonanza and Virtual Happy Hour. Full virtual event and activity reward details provided on a per enquiry basis. Bookings must be confirmed between now and 01st October 2022 to qualify. Rewards will be given in the form of buyagift.com vouchers, or local regional equivalent. Experience reward voucher values are based on the following venue booking tiers:
£3,000+ venue spend = £30 voucher
£5,000+ venue spend = £50 voucher
£10,000+ venue spend = £100 voucher
£15,000+ venue spend = £200 voucher
Venue booking values include agreed minimum event spend on food/drink, attendee packages and/or venue hire fees if applicable. External spend, such as AV equipment hire will not count towards venue spend.
Rewards to be redeemed 30 days after your event takes place. Rewards will not be available in relation to cancelled or postponed bookings. Rewards subject to chosen venue making payment of agreed commission to Flavour Events and Venues. The winner of the Malaga mini-break draw will be selected at random on Wednesday 04th January 2023.
